RGCX Trading Corporation is legally registered and operated in Panama and thus we fully comply with Panama financial laws for Trading Platforms and Private Investment Funds for EGTA "Exclusive Gold Trading Account".
Company Overview
Our company, RGCX Trading Corporation was formed in 2010 and up until Jan 2012 its services were limited to corporate clients and businesses in providing them with direct market access (DMA) and sales trader assisted dealings in currencies and featuring an exchange platform*. Through the years of close end user services, we were able to fulfill many customized trading solutions and meet the needs of various fund managers. By the merging of several companies and foundations aiming to create more advantageous and productive business opportunities by joining efforts, experience and the existing resources. A soon to be trademark Rapid Gold & Currency Exchange (RGCX) was launched into the public and today here we are.

The company provides first class financial and investment services for individuals and corporate bodies from over 20 countries worldwide. Its customers include banks, insurance companies, investment funds, credit unions and private individuals looking for effective ways and a reliable company for trading and positioning their investments through.

We are making every effort daily to satisfy our clients globally and we will strive to open at least one Office Center in every continent of the world. The first location will be in Europe, followed by Asia and the Middle East, as these locations offer strong potential growth and prosperity within their respective trading and investment markets.

Our staff consists of a group of highly skilled professionals focused on their work and prosperity of the company. Through many years of experience our staff has gained much knowledge and experience, as well as, developed unique strategies, technologies and proficiency in the trading markets, which allows RGCX to be auspiciously different and unique from the competitors within the market place.

CEO Mr. Charles Webb
EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
Mr. Charls Webb obtained his Master’s Degree coursework in International Economics and BSc in Business Administration and Economics, from the San Jose State University, USA. He proceeded to join the Offshore Financial Services Industry in 1999, being responsible for the entire management and control of 5 International Private Trusts and associated Panamanian Private Interest Foundations.

He solely conducted the transfer of all 5 Trusts, to a new jurisdiction, the Republica de Panama, including all bank accounts, brokerage accounts and other asset holding structures. Upon total completion of the relocation to Panama, each of the 5 Trusts were introduced to and proceeded to establish and benefit from 5 Panamanian Private Interest Foundations. , which are still in operation as of today.

In January 2011, he joined RGCX Trading Corporation; He was responsible for the development, finance, legal and tax issues of the Panama based group of companies. Mr. Charls Webb is responsible for the establishment and optimization of the day-to-day operations and the effective management of the Company, as well as, assisting in the focus and direction of RGCX Trading Corporation and where it is today and where it will be tomorrow.

COO MR. Toms Jefferson
EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
Toms Jefferson holds a BSc in Business Mathematics and Statistics from the London School of Economics.

Mr. Toms Jefferson joined the Financial Services Industry in 1999 as an Investment Analyst and later on as a Corporate Finance Consultant. He participated in several Initial and Secondary Public Offerings and Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A’s). He has been trading in the foreign exchange, equities and commodity markets since 2005. In 2011 he moved to Panama to work as a Forex Trader in the successful private Investment company, heading up the proprietary trading desk. Mr Toms Jefferson is responsible for the overall strategic management and new business development of the Company.
